The attached files are for the use of MAST Academy Club Sponsors.

Club Sponsor Meeting: August 26, 2025 -via zoom

Clubs will be required to submit the items below for monthly club reviews:

  • Monthly meeting minutes including the number of students in attendance.
  • General happenings and information including pictures of the club.
  • Sponsors will need to complete the Monthly Club Survey

Club Folder & Website Information Due Dates:

Club Website Survey

  • The website survey will be due prior to August 30. This will ensure clubs are up on the site and available for stakeholder review prior to Club Fair.
  • After initial website set up all club websites updates must be submitted via email to jenniferfernandez@dadeschools.net. Sponsors will no longer have access to update the club pages.

•  August 30-Website Survey- Due

·      September 3 – Initial Club Folder Submissions

·      September 30- Final Submissions for required Club Folder submissions including all all-active members. By this date all required items should be in the club folder.

•  October 1

•  November 5

•  December 3

•  January 7

•  February 4

•  March 4

•  April 1- Club Close Outs Due

•  April 17 –Final Check
