Physicals are to ONLY be submitted to the Athletic Trainer or Athletic Director, as they must be reviewed for approval.
Do NOT turn in physicals to the office, coaches or any other personnel.

July 7th 11:00 am – 1:30 pm (Mr. Couzo)
July 9th 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (Ms. Laura)
July 14th – 11:00 am – 1:30 pm (Mr. Couzo)
July 16th 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (Ms. Laura)
July 25th 10:00 am -12:00 pm (Ms. Laura)
Athletic Office Hours School Year:
The Athletic Office located in the Pool Building is open every day during A, B, & C Lunches, and from 3:00 – 3:10 PM.
Athletic Training Hours:
- Every day
- 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- 3:00 – 3:10 PM
Walk-ins:
Walk-ins are welcome ONLY with a written pass from your teacher. Students must also be following the Shipshape Dress Code.
Note: On Game days, schedule may be altered
